Well where do I begin? Aaron and I got engaged in September 2008 and decided we both wanted to see the world so here we are July 2010 getting ready to disembark in November!
First stop is Canada! We plan to work there (hopefully on a mountain) for 6 months. If we LOVE it, who knows, we might stay longer... watch this space :)
We decided to go through International Exchange Program (IEP) who have been so helpful! IEP helped us organise our visas, insurance and are even hooking us up with interviews before we head off. And since Aaron and I were the first to sign up to the program we have the first interviews in Australia (in August)!!! We decided to use the program so we would have jobs and a place to live organised before we arrived in Canada. That way we would bypass all the other travellers who are rocking up at Canada's doorstep in search of jobs. Pricey but hopefully worth it..
When we finally decide to leave Canada we will be driving through America for about 2 months then we will make our way over to the UK for a few months then to parts of Europe. Obviously nothing is set in concrete yet but we have a sketchy idea. Can't wait! Have to prepare for the interviews now!
